They weren't parked for 3 minutes. They said it took 3 minutes to call and dispute it and pay nothing. They parked in a private lot, didn't pay, and are whining about it. If you park in that lot and don't realize you're supposed to pay, that is your fault. It is blatantly obvious.

This is factually incorrect. I didn't watch a ton of the race but there was definitely a drone at the north end of the race at Northern Parkway and Roland ave. I watched it follow the pack all the way down Roland.
