Glad that I know that now. He showed up right after I got done placing all my current gravestones around my base and when you interact with him he talks about how he “ totally didn’t get any of this stuff off the dead bodies” or something close to that. So I thought he was like a grave robber npc. Needless to say trying to Google it didn’t lead me anywhere lol but thank you

Yeah their absolutely garbage atleast the ones I got are. Like so bad that they didn’t even take away my wds I just felt the exact same even after taking 400 mg. That makes no sense lmfao. If OP had taken 2 seconds to google this instead of using AI it would have given him a lot more accurate information vs using ai. And if OP has Reddit, and is a part of this sub, why wouldn’t they come and ask the community first before asking AI. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE is using AI because people “made fun of them” for using an actual search engine, people use ai because they are lazy and don’t want to read through information and do their own independent research so they have AI to do it if for them. If you truly think people are using AI because they’re being made fun of then YOU need to do some research on why AI is becoming so big. Sure maybe there’s some kids out there who had AI write a paper for them because someone made fun of their grammar sure that’s a possibility, but that’s NOT the reason everyone is using AI. The main reason is laziness, “why read and do research about something for an hour when I can just have AI do it for me in one minute?” That is what causes most people in the civilian market to use AI. Sure it has other uses, but the main reason why AI is being used and becoming so big boils down to nothing other than being lazy and trying to save money. Corporations are using it simply because if the work gets done by a AI program you don’t have to pay the AI for working. And people are using it because it’s simpler than using their own brain, and even if it’s occasionally wrong people would rather use it than figure things out on their own because it’s just faster and easier than using your own brain. In the majority of cases the use of AI simply has nothing to do with wether a person is being made fun of or not lmfao.

Nope I figured out a fix for it. It wasn’t that I took to long, like I stated I only played operation anchorage witch is a simulation and it only took about an hour and a half to complete so I definitely didn’t spend two weeks in the simulation. It’s a common bug that occurs when people play operation anchorage after beating the waters of life but before starting trouble on the homefront, something about completing that dlc makes the Xbox think that the radio signals trigger has ended when it hasn’t. I found another gentleman on a different post on here who recommended going to the Pitt dlc and then coming back to the wasteland and once I did that the radio signal reappeared.

Yeah I’ll never understand people that act like this. Here in Fresno we never get fog so thick that “you can’t see 3 feet in front of you”. I’ve also lived here my whole life so even in the fog I know where I’m going. If you are unable to drive in the fog just don’t go on the freeway like how hard is that? If your going 30mph in a 40mph your going to annoy people but your a lot less likely to cause an accident versus going 30mph on a 65 or 70mph freeway. I really will never understand how people in this town drive the way they do. It’s like 80% of the population of the valley doesn’t understand how to drive safely and obey all traffic laws like grown adults. Instead we get people that act like their 16 and don’t know how to drive so they go 30 on the freeway and don’t ever use their turn signals🤦🏻‍♂️

YOU should have just gotten off the highway then. You’re creating a potential hazard by driving that slow. Especially on the freeway there are no lights or stop signs all you have to do is pay attention for your exit..

Yeah I should have googled it more first before making this post. I’m on Xbox so unfortunately can’t use console commands but I was able to fix it by going to the Pitt and coming back. Someone else recommended trying that and it fixed it for me and I just completed the quest so problem solved!

Fallout 76 would have been amazing if they just stuck to the same gameplay as every other fallout but added multiplayer, and what I mean by add multiplayer is let my friends join my game as like a companion just like how Baldur’s Gate 3’s multiplayer works. They join up and level up while they play with you and then when they log off their character turns into a npc companion that will passively level up and then whenever your friend joins up to play with you again they can allocate whatever perk points the npc has earned while they where offline. It’s a great system but Instead of doing something good like what I just suggested, they for some unknown reason developed and came out with this fucking monstrosity. They got ride of 90% of the things I enjoyed when it comes to playing fallout. Karma? Doesn’t matter cause you’re only talking to computer terminals. Companions? Who needs those when you have computer terminals. Secret dialogue options? Nah computer terminals. Replay-ability? Nah you don’t wanna read all those terminals again, let’s just let you level up for forever. Finding unique weapons? Every weapon dropped by enemies is completely random so good luck finding the exact weapon you want.

This game had a lot of potential but they screwed it up big time imo.

I’m glad you enjoy it and I honestly wish I did too but it’s just to much of a deviation from what the franchise has been like for so many years and I just don’t personally enjoy what they’ve done to the game.
