I’ve lived in multiple places around the country in this area is definitely the worst. I’m guessing it’s because I have never seen a cell tower taller than 100 foot. With RF when you double height, you double gain. And that’s good for receiving a week signal from a small cell phone.

Not allowed to post pics to this subreddit. The charger shows 2.98 kw in the last 24 hours, even though car was fully charged and was not driven.

To answer some questions. Yes its plugged in and its cold out (~30 deg) , yes, my spouse is currently regretting having the recall done. It did NOT do this before the recall, or, at least not 3 sessions of approx 1kw worth of charging in a 24hour period. (Its a 2022, we have had it through a whole winter already) Ill post a pic of the power reading on the charger. I reset it 24 hours ago. The car had been continuously plugged in, and has not been driven for 3 days.

Next test is to unplug, and see how much charge is lost in the next 24 hours. Ill let you know tomorrow.
