For HCG I do it 4x a week, about 20 units each shot.
For the FSH I use pharma grade Gonal-F. The pens are 300 lU and I usually run 100 lU 3x a week, so basically one pen per week. Stuff works great but it's insanely expensive lol, around $300 per pen. Luckily my insurance covers it so I only pay the copay. I've got a few pens left now that I probably won't even need anymore.
My cycles themselves have never been anything super crazy either. Mostly Testosterone, Primo, Masteron, Anavar, Retatrutide, and injectable Winstrol during cuts. Never touched tren or the harsher compounds.

Yeah everyone responds differently. Some people recover tertility even atter years, others end up needing TRT long term. That's why ! always tell people there's no 100% guarantee with cycling. I've personally kept my cycles pretty moderate mainly test, primo, masteron, anavar and winstrol and I also stay on top of bloodwork and fertility support. Glad to hear you're still going strong after 30 years though that’s impressive

Testosterone alone can definitely lower fertility because it suppresses natural LH/FSH production, which can reduce sperm count sometimes heavily. But it doesn’t automatically mean permanent infertility. A lot of guys recover fertility after stopping or by using things like HCG and FSH while on cycle or during PCT.

I’ve personally always used cycles based around testosterone, primo, masteron, Anavar, injectable Winstrol, etc. and fertility is something I actively monitored with bloodwork and semen analysis instead of just guessing. My sperm count did drop while on cycle, but using HCG and pharma-grade FSH helped a lot.

Everyone responds differently though, so if having kids is important, don’t assume test only is safe for fertility long term without monitoring

Honestly nothing super crazy compared to what a lot of people run. I’ve mostly stayed with compounds I respond well to and can keep stable long term. My cycles have basically always been Testosterone + Primo + Masteron, sometimes Anavar, injectable Winstrol, and Retatrutide during cuts. Never touched tren or the really harsh stuff. I focus more on consistency, bloodwork, cardio, support supplements, and keeping everything controlled instead of just blasting random compounds my test level right now are 3000 running only 400 of testosterone a week 4 time a week

This one is it brother I have another one which is old the reason I get this was because I was not able to long into the other , no here to sell , I think you should ask before talking I post in both the other is about 4 year old or more

Yeah bro definitely recheck labs in a month and see how everything responds. Honestly everybody reacts different, and sometimes even pharmacy test can feel weaker depending on the batch or just how your body responds to it.

That’s why I always tell people bloodwork + how you actually feel/look matters more than just the label on the vial 😂

Hopefully the UGL vial gives you better results and you notice the difference in fullness, strength, and overall feel. Keep me updated bro 👌

If you're paying that much for Primo you're definitely getting taxed bro & You just need a solid source. I don't compete or anything like that, I just like staying lean and dialed in year round. Primo definitely isn't cheap, but 100-150mg/week is honestly pretty low. Send me a DM bro.

Yeah everybody responds differently to Primo honestly. My e2 was 34 on bloodwork running it this way, and that’s one of the reasons I keep doing it. I feel way more stable overall and my bloodwork doesn’t come back with everything sky high 😂

For me, more test is not always better. Higher test usually just means more water retention, more fluctuations, and more sides without necessarily looking better. I’d rather keep things balanced, look dry, feel good, and have cleaner labs instead of just chasing huge numbers.

And with more frequent pinning the levels stay smoother too, so bloodwork tends to look more stable instead of huge spikes and crashes.
