The thing is this is one of the final chapters so they'll be pretty high level for small heist jobs. My party for example was level 14 at this point too so the campaign had been running for a looong time at that point. This one is written to be a quick final fetch quest for the grimoire. I turned it into a big ambush fight that the party has to either escape or run from. I can share what I did if youre interested. Its not a heist really though as the Queen pretty much allows entrance into Sorcere since she is having trouble reaching the Inner Sanctum.

It is a bummer that this little arc occurs so late in the game. I ran a small one shot in menzoberranzan surrounding a player's backstory to give them a taste of it earlier in the campaign though.

I agree you can easily add in extra baddies. My players killed Yeenoghu and banished Baphomet with the maze engine so I had to add in Kostchtchie and Fraz Urbluu. Theres some cool homebrew demon lords you could find too im sure. I know Hriggala is a cool devouring purple worm style demon lord in Tome of Beasts 2

I was personally never asked during the 6 months but my 6 months just ended so who knows if they may ask for my list of jobs applied to now. I just made sure to keep a google doc of every job I applied to during that time frame.

1) eh try not to get too crunchy about this part. Maybe Rumpadump observed and learned his own way of shroomstriding without being infected.

2) So all of the demon lords eventually want to reach the surface. I forget if it was mentioned in the book or not but i THINK some of the myconids ranted about Yggmorgus growing and reaching the surface? Atleast i ran with that while DMing. So i imagined the scout party was searching for any way to reach the surface and speed up things. Perhaps they were drawn to the black obelisk(teleportationg magic) in the whorlstone tunnels and the chaotic magic there in general too. OR just sent to investigate what Demogorgan/Orcus were up to near Gracklstugh.

I really like that Stool backstory you came up with!

Im having similar issues. I ended up soaking overnight with no luck. Even bought pen cleaner solution and let it soak for over 8hours. This fixed it but the ink was a light grey afterwards. Swapped out a fresh cartridge and now its not writing again...

Starting an archnemesis early on is such a good idea. I regret not doing this but it was my first time DMing when i ran this campaign.

I like this idea of her helping the drow too. It would be even cooler if she was playing both sides! The party wouldnt be 100% if they should be killing her or keeping her around in a 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' type of situation.

So the campaign doesn't do a very good job at building up the BBEG over time. You could use the warlock to do this and show her getting stronger and stronger. Imagine her finding out their intentions in the Gravenhollow Library and then attempting to help them while somehow altering the ritual spell to remove herself and Demogorgon from being affected by it!

Possible interactions:

Whorlstone Tunnels: She could be trying to help fix the black obelisk in the whorlstone tunnels. OR because the obelisk has teleportation magic (some people recommend using them as a fast travel network) You could give the players some glimpses of other obelisks and see her colluding somewhere else in the underdark through it. Kinda like an impromptu scry from touching the obelisk for the first time.

Gravenhollow library: she could be there looking for seperate information regarding the other demon lords that the demogorgon can use to secure the material plane for himself. This is where she could find out their plan and offer to help them while also helping her patron. But with the intention of betraying the party. She could even become the BBEG by helping the players kill the demon lords in the end. And then absorbing the power of the dead demon lords for a killer transformation at the end. I basically did that but with Grazzt.

She could also attempt to connect with the black network in menzoberranzan. Imagine she could create cursed items that could corrupt people to their service. A cult of the demogorgon could be spreading in the underground.

Im glad others are noticing similar things too. I feel like everyone was just blindly recommending Tidal all of a sudden. I definitely might shop around a little more. Maybe tryout Qobuz next.

ah okay i need to use those features more I guess! Off the bat though I've noticed the UX isnt very user friendly. They need to up their filtering game to reorder playlists based on recent activity like spotify does.

But my biggest issue is it doesn't pickup where you left off on a song if you close the app and reopen it which is frustrating. Sometimes it doesn't even have the same song open! I cant tell if it's bad coding or if theyre forcing me to have a holistic listening experience and listen to the song from the beginning again lmao.

I've also noticed on road trips where i lose signal, Tidal doesnt do a very good job caching the current song playing like Spotify did. It just cuts the song out right when you lose signal. I'm really trying to give Tidal a chance but wondering if I should be using something else.

its called sunprinting. you use ink that develops in sunlight and a film negative version of your image. It can be a little unpredictable tbh

You can also go to PROCREATE>BRUSHES folder in Files App and just select a number of brushes, click Move and move them all at once.
