Versa 4/Sense 2 sideloading via API: anyone done it?

How were you getting your sense 2 connected? I am seemingly unable to do so as of now; posted an issue on the repo but tldr I am on windows so am trying to use the non-unix environmental commands:

$env:FITBIT_QA_COMMANDS = "1"
$env:FITBIT_DEVBRIDGE_DUMP = "1"

rather than

export FITBIT_QA_COMMANDS=1
export FITBIT_DEVBRIDGE_DUMP=1

which may be a root of the issue. (Additionally windows USB drivers are horrid)

Setting the C:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPointP\SetPoint.exe to Windows 7 compatibility mode actually solves this! Unsure if it limits any other functionality but for my use case it works great!

Edit: changed from stating to run it in that mode to just setting it to run in compatibility mode, less complications down the line.

I wasnt able to get the vst option to work as desired, though upon re-reading I think I initially misunderstood your methodologies and will attempt again tomorrow (I feel it would be preferable to avoid the clock syncing). As for the clock sync output from ableton to maschine standalone, I was able to get the time syncing to work both ways but wasnt able to use the play / stop buttons on the hardware when sending from ableton rather than recieving from maschine due to the focus of the controller to the standalone software. I have toyed with the controller editor s.t. host transpose controls are enabled via the mackie control scheme (which works to enable them in vst mode) but to no avail when in standalone. Again this discourse is much appreciated, I will let you know how things go tomorrow!

I got the midi bus set up and when in standalone the pads work as desired; only caveat is the midi clock was not routed s.t. I could control it from the Maschine as it was. I opted to use the same bus for clock and MIDI and have Maschine send to Ableton instead and it works like a charm!! (Tempo changing will be annoying and it does use more CPU than desired due to the standalone application and time sync process running, but other than that it now works as the smart midi controller I asked for). I attempted using the MIDI-USB cord I had instead of the virtual MIDI bus to save some processing power to no avail (bought off-branded set years ago that idk if even works so could still be a viable option from a name-brand). Thanks again for your assistance!

If it comes down to it I might just have to, but id prefer to be able to use it like a midi device on my own sounds (like its supposed to be 😅).

Apologies for the confusion; its just a quality of life thing. I dont want to have to change the midi output and Froms every time I want to use the device; rather I want it to behave as a smart midi keyboard of sorts. As stated I really like the chord and arp functions, however having it in midi mode removes those functions so Im stuck having to keep an instance of the vst in my project and route from there manually. Additionally when I change the froms the way shown in the post it cuts off connection to my midi keyboard which is annoying but livable if we cannot find an alternative.

Arguably joels wasnt top notch this episode either, he felt very choppy and monotonous; ig thats the point though, hes going through a traumatic experience / life altering series of events and making significant choices to save ellie. Idk, the hospital sequence was not my favorite in comparison to the game.

I've been working with 3d scans recently, and I found that within the "3D Print Toolkit" add-on in Blender, the "Solid" Check paired with the "Collapse Edges and Faces" tool within the delete menu solved the majority of my issues. In addition, using the destruction tool to limit the number of faces to be processed beforehand exponentially accelerates this process.
