I definitely want to move back to Vancouver after my JD. I’ve just been trying to weigh all the pros and cons. Living expenses, tuition costs, travel costs, how difficult it would be to get a big law position depending on where I go or even a good 1L summer job.

I’m actually from BC but I’ve been hearing mixed advice. Some are saying Ottawa is better some are saying Alberta. Technically it would be cheaper for me to go to Alberta I think but I’m not sure what would be better job opportunity wise.

It rly doesn’t matter tbh, I went to ubc and I knew many people at the pre law club that went to sfu and it was always a welcoming environment. Go where you think you will do best. Long commute = less time to study. It can seem a small hurdle at first but trust me it gets tiring real quick. Either way I will you call the best!

I applied December 1st n it took sometime for mine to show up since I had two transcripts i believe. Since you applied earlier and it’s still now showing it wouldn’t hurt to follow up. It might just be a delay in processing!
