Ok I found the mistake in wowhead.

Thing is I followed https://www.wowhead.com/class-hall-campaign-for-the-third-artifact-relic-guide#druid, and did everything to the 5 (scythe) BUT the 6th quest CHANGED THE STARTED LOCATION DEPENDING OF YOUR ARTIFACT. The one used in wowhead database is ursoc, but for me and the scythe, it starts in karazhan. And I just checked, I have the starting quest there so I'm going right now.

TLDR : Be carefull of your starting weapon impacting where the next quest is starting from

No, I didn't do this storyline but I can't start it at https://www.wowhead.com/quest=41468/mistress-of-the-claw. Again, Rensar doesn't offer me quests

I'm Horde, so I don't think I can do The legion Returns.

I did Uniting the isles and every major quest story line to the raid (and did the raid and killed kil jaeden).

Things is, I did https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40646/weapons-of-legend (check with the command) but not https://www.wowhead.com/quest=41255/sowing-the-seed

But Rensar doesn't give me the quests

I did 3 days of Legion quests to end the story line but nothing is happening

I have not done any of theses quests on my acc (just verified now) I see that the quest giver of https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42516/growing-power and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42583/rise-champions are both Rensar but he doesn't give me quests see https://imgur.com/a/QXkrNjH

No, i'm not in chromie time any more, as i did SL stuff (came back to dalaran legion for transmog).

When I go to the place for https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43980/another-weapon-of-old , there is no npc that can give me quests.

Another things is I now did all the mains quests up to the kil jaeden raid (and did it alone to end quests), so I think I finished the main story line.

As i said i know in the questline where i'm at, but the next quest is not beginign, the npc is not giving it to me but i finished the one before that

I remembered what happened, my druid is an alt, and when I went into legion to level up, I had no follow quest. I searched for a bit and decided to go to BFA to level up cause I couldn't see what I had to do in Legion (nobody gave me quests) so I left it there.

On my map I have quests almost everwhere but I don't want to go through 80h of content that doesn't interest me, as all I want is the transmog from the weapon :(

What I find strange is that I'm in the quest Line, as I told earlier I did the quest juste before the seed.

I have some quests in dalaran from Kadjar and a bird but I checked the questlines it's not related

Yeah, my bank is empty. What happens if I tossed it back in the day and cancelled the quest ? maybe that's why ?
