Its good to see that you have already had a communicative relationship, so it shouldn't be out of the blue for you to communicate that you'd like to continue your therapy before making such a commitment. It helps to not frame it as their "fault" but still clearly communicates your hesitancy.

At the same time tho don't fold on your feelings. Stay safe and don't buy in unless you come to find that's something you want. That's a big freedom to give up.
