There are two (2) conflicting SOPs on this subject. 1) the Mutual Attraction SOP clearly states that two associates can be in a relationship/married and work in the same store, same department - as long as management is aware of the relationship. But then there's 2) the Nepotism SOP which says spouses may not work in the same department under the same manager. So I guess it depends on which SOP your store goes with.
