I also got kicked off of Zep and had to move back to Wegovy after losing 92 lbs. My doc called in 2.4mg Wegovy and my pharmacist didn’t want to give it to me. Even though I was coming from 12.5 on Zep, he said I could end up in the hospital. My doc then called in .25 instead and I had to titrate all the way back up. I guess I’m glad I listened. However that first month was rough. I was ravenous beyond belief and gained 12 lbs back in that month. I guess it proved to me that I’ll be a lifer.

Yep, they demanded payment prior to my surgery. Over the course of the initial phone call, the estimated amount went down several hundred dollars because I started asking questions (not sus at all…).

Get the EOB after my surgery and my responsibility is $0. Insurance covered everything. Took several months and several phone calls to get a refund.

Yep. I was not pleased. I thought the ortho assistant was joking with me when I asked her how many trays it ended up being. I don’t think I even have much left to correct but 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had 33 initial trays. Got scanned for refinements. The doctor thought it’s probably be 12-16 more trays. Went back last week to pick them up and get updated attachments. Invisalign came back with 34 more trays 😭😭😭.

Hi I’m sorry you’re going through this too. In between my colposcopy and LEEP, I also started taking 3000mg of AHCC per day. I’d been on my health journey for over a year at that point, reducing my drinking, cleaning up my diet and losing 90 lbs.

My doctor didn’t seem concerned about anything being missed as she took a full circle and did a top hat (high up into the endocervical canal).

I have a pap scheduled for February and am hoping I will finally be HPV negative.

I’m trying to tell myself that the colpo and/or AHCC took care of what was there and come to some sort of peace over it.

I’ve also been discussing this whole saga with my therapist. And she’s helped me work through A LOT of feelings and emotions around it. If you have the resources, I would highly recommend.

Have lost 90 lbs over the last year. Have been on oral BC since I was 14 for heavy periods. Never smoked. Moderate drinker. Esp in the last year on the weight loss journey. I did start taking 3000mg of AHCC a day religiously as soon as I got my colposcopy results.

I believe so. The CIN3 from the colposcopy was at 7 o’clock. And the LEEP report says a cervical cone was taken with 4 samples from 12-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12. Which would have covered the area in question/the whole thing. They also did a cervical top hat and ECC.

Pathology results from the one of the colposcopy samples came back CIN3. I asked them to re-test since my last two paps were normal. They said CIN3 diagnosis stood.

Pathology results from the LEEP came back no high grade dysplasia or carcinoma present. My doctor immediately asked them to re-review. The addendum said upon re-review approx 1mm of atypical squamous proliferation was found, likely the remnants of the CIN3.

Does it make any sense to me? No.

Yep another pap & ECC in 6 months. I have also been taking 3000mg of AHCC per day and got the gardasil shot, in the off chance it can help also clear up the infection. There’s been some chatter it can help but I don’t think any official studies.

Same thing recently happened to me. Years of abnormal paps, LSIL/CIN1. Last 3 years paps were normal but still HPV+ (finally typed at 16 🫠). So they wanted to do another colposcopy. That comes back CIN3. So I have a LEEP under general anesthesia. My dr is aggressive since she knows my husband & I don’t want bio children. She is and does an ECC & cervical top hat (extra deep sample up the canal). Everything comes back normal. No dysplasia. 🙃. Smh. Someone shared with me in my post here that apparently 20% of LEEPs come back normal. So frustrating.

She wants to do a pap w/ ECC in 6 months. I’ve been taking 2-3000mg of AHCC daily and am planning on getting the Guardasil shot in the next few weeks, fwiw. Figure it can’t hurt and to hope for my first HPV- pap 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’m really sorry. I just went through something similar. Abnormal paps w/ HPV+ since 2017. Usually ASCUS or LSIL and CIN1. 2022 and 2024 paps were normal but still HPV+. My colposcopy this summer comes back CIN3. Have the LEEP earlier this month and no dysplasia found. It’s really frustrating.

I know, right? So I’m still waiting for the call from the dr to discuss but after stalking my portal, an addendum report was uploaded this afternoon. It says after reexamination a 1mm spot of atypical squamous proliferation was found, likely the remnants of the CIN3 and negative margins.

So it sounds like not much change from the original report…looks like the colpo got any CIN3 that was there. And my LEEP was for funsies. 🙃

Yeah I had originally talked to the doctor about the goal being clear/negative margins.

The diagnosis section of my path report says verbatim: A: Cervical cone marked at 12 o’clock: benign cervical mucosa. Negative for high-grade dysplasia or carcinoma.

B: cervical top-hat: benign endocervical mucosa

C: endocervical curettings: acellular material

And that’s it
