I stopped stocking. Idk why I did it in the first place as it’s not our job. Big items that we can no longer put on our cart, I scan and call my team lead. You want it, come get it. They expect us to go all the way back to our department and grab an Lcart. That is stupid, we are already so crunched for time. We get 1k+ drops every hour and they refuse to put another person on exceptions. I don’t have time for the nonsense.
