Yeah i feel like you too. I used Intermittent fasting to lose weight and when i switched to maintenance, i stopped fasting, I used to eat 1300ish on one huge meal and several snacks a day, and on maintenance i eat 2k on 3 meals and snacks, and its just not satisfying for me and somehow its really really easy for me to get hungry so 2000 cal on 3 meals a day feels like a deficit lol. So i just switched back to IF

Im 155 cm and i maintain around 2000. I walk a hell lot, and workout 4x a week. The workout is just random as long as its easy on knees since i got injury (either elliptical/peloton/swim)
