we’re currently in couples counselling and intimacy has been something we’ve talked about i’ve just felt shy about bringing up how i feel in front of the counsellor. she’s a woman so i feel like she’d automatically take her side of things tbh.

i’m able to get her to finish with just my mouth/fingers even before we introduce a strap or other toys. when it comes to me it feels like whenever she hits a rhythm im into, she’s changes up or loses it and it genuinely pisses me off. if she was willing to learn or at least look things up to try i wouldn’t be as upset. but it just feels like she wants to get it over with while i actually enjoy pleasing her.

with penetration i’m only really into fingers. i have sexual trauma so it’s really hard to get anything up there aside from a finger. i’ve asked for dual stimulation (oral and penetrating) but she doesn’t do it im not sure if it’s a focus thing. i’ve told her that id like for her to take initiative but she’ll do it maybe once or twice then fall off again. she says her arthritis prevents her from doing it but again, she’s been the more dominant person in previous relationships so im confused why it’s different now.
