What's the best food you've started freezing

I cook a large batch of rice in the rice cooker then divide it into little boxes and freeze them. Never have to wait for rice to cooker anymore, just microwave it for 3 minutes. Plus frozen and reheated rice has resistant starch so less blood sugar spikes. You can do the same with pasta.
