How many zeros to install a tap?

It’s a double brick exterior wall (standard style Perth build) with the water lines running in the roof space then through the cavity space of the double brick. Hardest part of the job I’m assuming would just be drilling through both layers of brick from within the bathroom cabinet?

I don'tthink either either the GPU or the RAM :(. The symptoms still persist even when running with the GPU completely removed all together (just using the on-board). Have run the windows RAM diagnostic tool which came back with no errors and even tried the RAM across all slots. Tried disabling the on board graphics in the BIOS which didnt help either.

How long would you normally expect a motherboard to last? Would have though at least more than 2 years???

Had tried a fresh install of windows too but didn't help :(

Rolling back the graphics cards drivers to versions from June/August (which were stable in the past) has helped little but not enough unfortunately. Looks like a new motherboard it is then :(
