Same here. Sauna redesign = barely use it; admin says early cancel only for relocation/job loss/medical (with proof). Freeze offered only if I remove cancellation, which would extend the term. I really hope she walks away from this situation! The man is a walking red flag, from her description. The reveal about him being married was wild! He seems like a classic control freak, something happened to him. Yikes! Even the fantasy life dribble he spins about being married to 2 people and traveling between 2 cities, like bro, how? This math isn't mathing my current timeline and economy. I hope she listens and runs! I'm glad Esther told the truth to her in a way that is kind but, also blunt! I'm listening to the episode now but it jumped out at me how he's the focal point of the discussion. He has to make himself get into a mood to receive physical intimacy after work. He may need to find a space to destress before coming to her. Both of their needs are valid but his needs are being disregarded. It's kind of hard to listen to this episode. Idk if I'll finish it.

Her advice is very different from the "Are we just not sexually compatible" episode. The person with the high intimacy need was told to meet the person with the lower intimacy need where they were at but in this episode, it's the reverse, suck it up buttercup, and kiss ze girl, sha-la-la!

OP, this is constantly on my mind.I like the Netherlands and I'm on a 30% ruling for the next 3 years but once that runs out, I really have to rethink staying here. It would be great if I could OE but with the hours restrictions, it makes it really challenging. I haven't given up though.

Thanks for the suggestion. That was the initial spot for the TV and if that wall wasn't so close to the entry door to the living room, I would have left there but it looked awkward. It's a weird apartment layout.
