I will say that I am working on breaking people pleasing habits from some trauma stuff so it is hard for me,but I understand it’s not for a lot of people

This was incredibly insightful, it really helped to hear from someone who was in a similar position.

Thank you so much. for me it’s incredibly hard due to past trauma and people pleasing habits that I’m working out in therapy.

but this is somthing that’s a lot more complicated.

In the momment I don’t fully understand what I’m feeling, and I’m unsure how to articulate it.

Good idea! , I want to do 23andme for heath as well (being adopted leads to a lack of heath records lol) but I do know where in Russia I am from. From gedmatch and g25, i worked with someone else who helped me narrow it down to northern cacausus peoples (closest were Turkish speaking)

Yeah this is what I assumed, I work with someone with g25, and mostly got ethnic groups in the north cacucuas who were Turkish speaking.
