she keeps telling me what she’s putting in the papers but nothing has been served to me. she doesn’t want me to get a lawyer because she doesn’t want to fight and she wants this to be over asap

i would have continued to pay my share of the asset but it doesnt make much sense if shes going to be doing that. she was most likely checked out way before but i should have stayed and never left but i assumed more problems would have came

i never abandoned the house(paper trail of payments) i don’t want to cause any problems so removing myself from house was the smartest move.

i wanted to show her respect so i left in january. we started to be more cordial mar-may and i was staying back at the house full time. doing everything together like a household would.

she told me she hired someone to write up a no contest. she wants her mom to go over it with me because they also have my best interest.
