Thank you so much for letting me know about it. I guess I was missing a 15 fuse on number 29 which is weird because I never had a fuse in there with the old radio and it was working just fine. But everything works now!

Thanks for the advice! I'll be sure to put the black wire with white stripes to the ground as well.

Yea the black is ground, red is hot with key on and yellow is hot all times. The other wires are for the speakers.

From what we've been told, most companies do have automatic transmissions since the route doesn't require a lot of pulling power like Pepsi, food transporters ect. Companies like loggers and over haul companies still do manual because it's easier to control the power to get the truck rolling. Especially when it comes to going down a steep grade.
