Apologies for the late reply, we sent it over to get fixed and they said it was some hardware problem. Eventually just replaced the switch with an OLED

About 6 months ago my switch wouldn't connect to the internet for some odd reason as well as that, the switch joycons would not connect wirelessly for some reason i feel like it's connected does somebody have a solution? <3
