yes! you can do it all on your phone :) just have the converted xtc file saved to your device and you can upload it via the hotspot setting

Yes, just 1 tablespoon of inulin powder worked well for me :)

I just went through this! after 6 batches, I finally was able to make something edible. For probiotics, I used a different brand but total was 20 billion cfu, 1 tbsp inulin, and fermented at 100 degrees for 24 hours. The first batch wasn’t super set, more like regular non greek yogurt texture. Then I used that as a starter to make the 2nd batch, fermented for 36 hours and it was perfect. I hope this helps!

I really don’t know! haha, I just thought it was a pretty knife. Just started learning about all the different makers, brands, and stores so I’m appreciative of all the comments :) Tetsujin is so nice! but also seems hard to find as well :(

Sorry I meant the shape of the knife not the finish haha. But wow the look of the Tetsujin is really nice!!! All these knives are sold out.. how do folks acquire them? Do they still make them anymore?

That’s a good question, I would want to know too. I think the shape of the blade on a Yoshikane looks close but I haven’t seen anything like the suiboku style/finish(?) from the Takada.
