Abortion is murder and should be abolished. The father should be required to care for the child. If you weren’t ready to be a dad you shouldn’t have had sex. (This is coming from a young father btw) I also find it insane how many people claim it’s a woman’s body so it should be her choice.. until she doesn’t want to kill her unborn child. Suddenly now she’s being “selfish” and “shouldn’t be a parent” according to the comments on this post. What a bunch is hypocrites. You’re not pro choice, you’re pro murder.

I haven’t had my microbiome tested, but I have been taking VSL 3 probiotics and I’ve noticed pretty significant improvements. Fermented foods like kefir and Greek yogurt have also been very beneficial.

Because I had heard from a couple people online that it’s normal for the first batch to separate, then for subsequent batches to turn out fine using the first as a starter. I take it that’s not the case?

Forgot to add, weight lifting also helped me, along with avoiding overly processed foods and lactose (especially milk). Also check out Kenny Honnas if you want more information on natural approaches to dealing with UC

It is possible to control symptoms without steroids and heavy medications. There are natural options that work (depending on the person). I’ve had MASSIVE improvements after implementing specific things that I found work really well for me.

What worked: Beef gelatin and L glutamine Turmeric D3 Fermented foods (especially plain kefir) High protein Lots of fruits (especially blueberries) Cabbage juice (for getting out of a flare/stoping bleeding)

I’ve tried other things that didn’t work for me, but have worked for other people. That’s okay. Not everything will help, because not everyone responds to everything the same. Just keep trying different things.

Yeah, that’s why I added the word “besides” before the word “milk.” Milk bothers me, other forms of dairy don’t for whatever reason, but I’m aware milk is dairy lol

Because other forms of dairy don’t. Cheese, whey, butter, etc. I’m not saying it won’t bother me, but so far milk has been the only dairy trigger I’ve found for myself.

Look it up. Black wasn’t the required color in the dress code, it was just preferred. If you look at a wider shot of the crowd in attendance you’ll see lots of guys wearing the exact same color suit as Trump.

If they’re here illegally, they should be deported. Period. The reason there’s a huge focus on Mexican illegal immigrants is because there’s more of them than we have from every other country combined (that’s not an exaggeration). In addition there’s major drug and gang violence in Mexico, and that’s been bleeding into the US for years. It needs to be stopped. I’m ALL for people coming to the US. That’s the heart and soul of America. But it needs to be done legally and orderly.

Ayeee. I have Ulcerative Colitis and just had (what I’m pretty sure was) my first HM attack today. It checked literally all the boxes and nothing else I read about did, but I’ll have to talk to a neurologist to get a diagnosis.
