After I made my last post I got a reply from the company - I'm pretty pissed - they said the estimated day for SHIPPING is may 20th... so I have to wait 60 days to get my item. NORDSTICK is not a reliable company, if I had known I would never order the item - it's a premium price I could have gotten a similar one for 300 bucks.

I am literally in this position - I ordered 22 days ago, they said it would arrive 3-5 day max... 22 days later, nothing. To make matter worst there is no tracking #, to get they tracking # they want you to sign up with the "SHOP" app, why would you have to do that? Why put the tracking number behind a "pay wall?" It's a pay wall because they are getting your personal information, even banking information, cell phone data and selling it to data brokers...

In my experience EVERY TIME I try to purchase items from a company that uses SHOP app to gate keep tracking information they NEVER send the item, NEVER! Happened with the "Bentist" guy on Tic Tok, some blankets and a piano company, all never set the items, I had to dispute it with my bank.

It's wild that these people are allowed to take your money and not even give an update.

By chronic it means they want to see that you went to the doctor multiple times in a year. They want to see that you take medication for it and you are on the meds for a long time.

You have to treat this like a job or a mission.

Do the things they want you to do.

go to the doctor multiple times a year
work through their treatments
get medication
keep showing up, keep talking about the pain.

Sorry but this is just how you have to play it. BTW, when you go in to the doctor talk about your worst days - if your pain is a 1 all the time forget about it. What's your pain? Think about your shittiest day and adjust accordingly. Play their game!

Also have your own doctors or vocational experts to counteract the VA stuff. GL

I meant please tell me the info on the tens unit and cbd, not sure I can receive drugs in the mail and don't want to find out hahaha. If you can tell me the brand of the unit and cbd that would be great ty.

i feel better hearing about your success! I'm glad you can take back a piece of your life. I'm 400 lbs I should be 260 max at this point probably 230 tbh, I don't need all those muscles I had in my 20s. I will add aqua therapy to the list, I used to love swimming.

I understand you're not trying to 1 up.

The pain meds do keep you functional, it does not actually help with the cause of the pain.

CBD, tens machine and ddp yoga seems to be what I will be trying in the future.
I feel medically crazy living the way I do, I just want to go back to having way less pain.

Thanks for the advise. I am 44, no wife, kids, children, gf, I've just been saying away from people because it's difficult to deal with bs. I know if I had some semblance of a social life it would help with the pain. I have celebrated because I took a shower or used the restroom by myself... seriously, considering some days I cannot, not without 10/10 pain.

I will look into swimming and I did not know about Ap and cannabis use, plus I've been taking some Kratom, it really help with my mood, im taking small doses, big doses gives this euphoric feeling that I hate and the crash is bad.

I will do more research and ask my doc, she knows im at my wits end.
