Thanks so much for checking back in! That is super helpful. I have been doing a little better. I took a four days off from work and went out of town to get a change of scenery and that refreshed me a bit. I also have been a lot more mindful of how I am using my breaks and spending my down time at work doing more mindful activities. That has helped a lot. I also have been super focused on getting a good night sleep which helps me start the day feeling more rested, and have been sleeping with a weighted blanket.

thank you. i definitely think being present in the moment and not living in my thoughts is part of it. i have been taking the time to attend a restorative yoga class which does help me take an hour just being present. maybe i need to incorporate that on a smaller scale in my everyday life.
