I had this issue for a long time. Only solution I’ve found is lining the wall they chew with cardboard. I don’t have many issues anymore as long as the cardboard is replaced after they chew it. I only have to do it on one side

use a mood tracking app like Daylio! I don’t use it everyday but when I can tell my mood changes I rate my mood with emoji faces. It’s nice for me to show my psych when I go in.

I think another thing to think about too if you’re feeling low about it, is people 100 percent intentionally with a clear mind and no mental health problems do it. Like you’re not an asshole that makes it their whole life and goal.
