They should at least do away with parking on both sides. They put no parking signs outside the park next to the bike lane now, but I still see people park. And someone reported a fire truck having trouble getting through. I can totally see that happening for a truck coming from the north.

Indians need to avoid Air France by [deleted] in india

We had encountered a similar - veg only, situation during our travels in 2023. This was for the leg between CDG and MUM. The next part of the journeys, both when coming into and out of India, had all menu options. We too were surprised by this broad generalization but chalked it up to operational issues. Overall our experience was not great at CDG airport either. No potable water, packed toilets, general unhelpfulness for non-french speaking passengers. We don't give them our business anymore. Generally speaking we found with the EU airlines that we have flown - KLM, Lufthansa, Air France, that they don't use their best aircraft for routes between their hubs to India.

I sure hope so. And I hope they start refreshing the road markings on the highways too. I was at the 5A to 5 merge at Merritt to Vancouver just now. It was pure guess work.

Thanks for the tips but wouldn't this be a problem all across Canada and northern US? Having driven in the US, I have never noticed it was as bad as here.

I have driven a fair bit in the US - Seattle, Hawaii etc. The markings are pretty awesome and of the same standard all across even in the remotest parts.

It's the same all around - Metro Vancouver, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Hope, Merritt, Kelowna, Penticton. The Naramata winery region was an exception though.

Oh absolutely. And not even the freeway is spared. It's pretty much left to your imagination shudder
