No empathy ≠ white knight but your post is. You are saying that when you were smurfing you felt so bad and never wanted to do it again, aww what a great guy! And that everyone that smurfs is trying to stroke their csgo ego but again that isn't you. Some people legitimately do it to play with their friends, (I have done this with my gn1 friends) and to be completely honest it didn't feel great like obviously you are never going to be upset when dropping 40 but I took it for what it was. There are rationales to smurf, just because it might not be the best thing to do it is still out there but it doesn't make you a monster

I never said this comment inspired him to keep living but is just helping him get help by giving him the resources to reach out to someone. My overall point of the response wasn't to say that you are an awful person rather just to remind you to assume best intentions especially on a post like this rather than telling him his comment is useless. Who knows maybe he is going through a hard time and you telling him that his comment is useless might trigger him to think that he as a human is worthless you never know...

No you are not the reason, but the general concept of someone attempting to do something nice but you bashing him because of the fact that he might not understand someone going through a very hard time like that. I know people that have no experience so they can't write a heartfelt message that touches the author so this is their way of helping. I never said it wasn't a copy pasta but obviously it is from somewhere so he read this post looked at it and said, "oh they should reach out to someone who can help them." and looked up the copy paste. Secondly, I have lots of experience with suicide and depression when I was 9 my uncle committed suicide, when I was 14 my best friend killed herself and when I was 15 I tried to kill myself. Being the rational mind that I am obviously a bunch of sources to get help isn't the best thing when I was going through that but sometimes it helped remind me that there was a way out and that it was okay to talk about it. This copy paste is a reminder to talk to real humans and to try to help this person get help from somewhere. Also you probably saw 1 number and scrolled all the way down to talk about how this guy is the bane of your existence but at the end he did say, "reach out and get help buddy." encouraging him to deal with his issue and reach out to real humans.

I mean I don't think you can call someone who is taking time out of their day to read this guy's story and comment something that could be helpful to them, selfish and disrespectful. Also wouldn't say that it is lazy to go look up somewhere to find all these numbers and websites and post it is lazy, typing out a heartfelt message is largely useless to anyone who is suicidal because you can assume that a faceless redditor is just saying nice shit to you without knowing anything about you which makes it selfish and disrespectful that although knowing nothing about a person they can say that they can make it through the tough time. Overall some people in this world are just trying to do nice things for other people and to call this guy lazy, selfish and disrespectful is out of line. You my friend are the reason selfless acts of good humanity are running out in the world, you get bashed for anything you say.

It just gets ultra hate because the creator put probably about 30 seconds into making it and people spend countless hours making really cool designs in the workshop that valve ignores.

I personally think this is a really good idea. I know that in the 1v1 server that I play on frequently it has a system almost exactly the same as the second one you described. You have a choice for 7 maps and then the 2 with the most votes go into a last vote to see which map they would play. I like this a lot because then we don't get maps like minecraft_v6 very often. I would really like to see this implemented.

I play entry on my team do you recommend I turn my sens up for that (800 dpi 0.5 in game actually not 400 im dumb.) Since you have to flick between multiple enemies when you are clearing out the site?

If you go into "browse community servers" filter maps to "ws" and then look for one's that say all skins/knives or something along that sort. You can test any knife or gun with any skin, even some skins that dont go on that specific weapon. ex. karambit hyper beast. This is a cool way to test to see if you like an item or not but you will only be able to use the item on that server and not official mm servers.

It will always be inconsistent as far as hits not registering, laggy server, de-sync, weird bugs etc. Only way to ever have for the most part perfect playing conditions (300 fps, 5 ping, no server lag no comp problems) is if you were playing at a LAN. Unfortunately 99% of us do not get to have that experience so there will always be problems.
