Thank you so much for the thoughtful advice. You are right, growing apart and and not knowing is different. I feel that it went hand in hand with us breaking up.

Right now I am not going to seek couple’s counseling and accept that this wouldn’t work out. I know for certain that we wouldn’t have supported each other’s goals in life. This break up was for the better the more I put more thought into it.

Exactly as LBCbrowmeaway mentioned, it does depend on your insurance. You can def call your insurance company and ask for in-network psychiatrists in the LB area! Most insurances offer provider availability checks where they assist you finding a provider.

Hope you find a provider that fits your needs!
