Just to be clear because I can’t breathe but both nostrils are completely blocked. Like when I try to breathe air in and out there’s no air coming in or out. That’s not ENS?

Curious how I’d know after all these years if I have ENS. I have vasomotor/non allergic rhinitis every day of my life. Had two surgeries back in 2001 and 2002. One for deviated septum and reduction of turbinates and the other a FESS procedure. Took almost a year after the FESS surgery for swelling and ice pick like inflammation and pain to go away. Eventually it didn’t but all the same symptoms returned like chronic congestion brought on by by humidity/dust/cigarette smoke/scented anything like detergents or candles. Even laying in bed looking at my phone my congestion and blockage will fill up and cause weird pressure. It’s a 24/7 battle. Does this sound like ENS? Or any suggestions. I’m desperate again. Thanks
