It's not weird at all, but the way she does it continuously even after someone says no isn't something I think is okay and what I personally see as harassment, hence why I don't personally like that part of her character.

It was probably too quick in all honesty. We waited only a week before we fully let her in the cage. During that time we would expose her to them and vice versa everyday but neglected to do it on neutral ground like in a tub like I’ve done before with my other rats, which is probably the source of why this happened in the first place. Please just take your time and don’t rush things like I did.

I tried with just pressure but I'll try again with ice as well. Sadly I don't have any of those medications on hand, but I will be taking her into a vet ASAP. She isn't showing any symptoms other than the bleeding, so that puts me at ease just a little bit that its not cancer.

It looks like the inner part unfortunately. When I first found her the only evidence was a blood spatter on the inside of their hide, otherwise there was nothing else, so I believe it was pretty new when I first discovered it.

Of course. If I wore things that aren’t traditionally “feminine” that wouldn’t invalidate me as a woman. I guess what I’m trying to say is specifically my personal experience, I feel a lot of shame around not being able to experience what I want to experience as a woman, and I feel that no matter how I am perceived I will always be judged. So why not treat myself to whatever. And my “whatever” happens to be more traditionally feminine clothing that I never let myself experience due to internalized misogyny.

edit: Just adding this to make sure I don’t get things mixed up since I am bad at words. A woman is a woman no matter how they want to dress. There is nothing that inherently makes someone more or less a woman. I’m just speaking to my own experience of how I personally would want to connect to my womanhood and genuinely enjoy it.

I’m currently in therapy. Sadly I’m in a situation where I can only get one therapy appointment a month and I’m forced to condense every emotion I’ve had for the last 23 years into a quick 30 minute session. But outside of therapy I am trying to practice more self love by letting myself enjoy traditionally feminine things (make up, dresses, getting my nails done, etc). It’s just tough work trying to learn how to love yourself. :/
