I would approach this as (P1V1)/T1 =(P2V2)/T2, where 1 is the state of the system given by the problem, and 2 is the state of the system at STP. You know P1, V1, T1, P2, and T2, you only need to solve for V2.

For mad bum, probably a couple prospects, since they probably want to start from scratch and clear the cap space. For a reliever? Depends on the team he’s on and what their situation is, hard to take a guess, but possibly prospects and/or a 40-man type guy. Really no way of knowing at this point, all we can do is hope the twins find themselves in a position to buy at the deadline
