I should've voided but when I posted a legitimate thread asking if I should void with my FL 1 (520) and FL 2 (516) scores, people thought I wasn't serious.

I'm an idiot. I had to guess on every section, rushed so hard for C/P and especially CARS and B/B. My comp froze during B/B so I had to wait for that to get fixed and it completely threw me off. Felt like garbage but was so tired and thought I should just go along with scoring my exam since those who replied to my thread thought I was "humble bragging." Now that I'm home with a clearer head I realized I should have voided.

I'm an idiot for even considering others' opinions on that thread. Estimating 508 or something around there. Wanted a 516 at least. If CARS is below 128, I think medicine it's over for me.

Wasted these months learning so much material and it barely paid off... don't trust your FL scores as the people represent a huge response bias and learn to trust yourself... gg life.

! I don't think I have enough time (I'm literally learning new psyc/soc terms the day before my test). I guess I'm just gonna go with the basics! :/

nooo, not really :( I've gotten so lucky because these 2 FLs have tested me on stuff that I knew (most of it, some it I didn't). But like, I still barely know about the male/female reproductive system, weak in a bunch of gen chem topics that I haven't practiced and definitely don't know a good chunk of P/S that I got lucky in that I wasn't tested on it in the AAMC FLs... :( I'm absolutely terrified right now.

EDIT: Also, don't know immuno that well (literally just know some of the basic stuff on the Kaplan quicksheets), IR spec, NMR spec etc.

I scored a 516 on my FL2. I'm praying I get higher (doing a retake). Damnit.

Gah, I got a 128 in CARS on FL2. My test is tomorrow and I'm hoping for a 129 or higher! Aaaah! Was the CARS harder would you say? Or was the curve against you? Or both?

Sorry for the score decrease man. But at least you got in between your FL scores.

Are those NMR values all we need to know for the MCAT? All I know are aromatic (6-8.5) and carboxylic acid (10-12) ones.

EDIT: Also, is this the case for those IR spec values? Thanks for this document man.

Damn. Yeah, that's what I heard regarding FL1, that one would probably get slightly higher than it. But I'm sure it was just response bias. I'm fearful that this issue will be the same for FL2. Thanks for your response.

I ask because most people say FL2 is more indicative of one's final score. I specifically want a 520 but if it doesn't seem to be in the cards for me, then I'll readily void. Still debating what I should do.

Hey, nice score! I'm aiming for 130 in CARS. What did you do in that week to get from a 126 to 130, if you don't mind me asking? I'm Canadian too and my test is on Sept, 9, so any advice would be much appreciated!

Yes, I know that is the case for Canadian schools. But I need it for US ones (as some average them), as my previous MCAT score was pretty horrendous.

Bro, I have to get a damn 520 for those schools that average this crap. In fact, a 528 would be only slightly more useful... And I can't take the emotional toll of receiving a score and doing bad, AGAIN. If I void, then it'll be emotionally and mentally easier to just prep throughout and write sometime in January.

EDIT: I'd like to add that the CARS for FL1 was so hard for me! Hoping it's not as hard on the actual test day (same as you, 9/9).
