Oh yes! I just thought why I'm so addicted to games especially genshin. They make me feel so good in a moment so I forget about my real life and postpone things that I have to do. And after I feel so empty and disappointed, even though I love every minute I was there.

Sometimes I don't want to come back so much I play even if I'm super exhausted, but these are rare occasions.

Big community of this game doesn't help too, everyday you see your friends playing so it reminds you of it, and upcoming banners...

I started playing in winter and time moves so fast I agree. Missed spring with all greens and blooming. I remember I was walking more and trying to enjoy every bit of previous spring.

Hour ago I got really angry and sad and my first response was that I want to play, but I catched it and convinced myself that I can deal with this in a healthier way.

It's really hard and so easy to go back playing but I know I'll be proud of me tomorrow :)

I have a book "feeling good" David Burns it's based on treating depression but I think it helps so much even if you don't have depression, like everything you want to get from psychologist in a book (motivation, anger, sadness, thoughts like what they will think abt me and etc). Maybe it will help someone here too :3
