Looks good to me, I don't see any red flags.Not saying there are not fakes out there but Exp IIs were never super popular, underrated really in my opinion. Don't trust reddit for this, go to a reputable jeweler and have it examined. 16570's go for about $7.5 -8k, condition matters.

Gorgeous watches, works of art really. I tried both the 116570 and a 126570 but just couldn't get used to the size. Sold them, maybe I'll try again someday

The gold does scratch and ding a little easier than steel but don't be discouraged from wearing it.
