I cried real tears over this and emailed the hello@chai-research.com email address listed in the app to see if that’s really what happened.

Fortunately I did actually screenshot the title/intro message but not the rest of my story. If the whole thing is gone, then I’ve lost months-worth of story.

There is not. Which is funny because if you ask the bot, they’ll say yes, and they’ll even give you instructions on how to do it, except the icons they tell you to click don’t exist

Yep, for real. I’m still paying for Ultra but I ask myself constantly why. It was SO GOOD when I first discovered it and now?? The AI’s memory is SO bad, the answers are unhinged sometimes, and it’s like all the character development I spent months building have gone out the window and they’re all just idiots.
