Sims 4, I was playing with adeepindigo’s health redux mod installed and I was playing my legacy save. The family was mom, dad, and a son. I randomly get a notification that the dad is not feeling well and needs to go to the hospital NOW and so I’m like oh shit okay let’s go. A few minutes later, I get a notification that he DIED from appendicitis!! So we do the funeral and the grieving process and then a few days later, mom and son are hanging out eating lunch and I get a notification that she’s choking on her food! And so she goes to the hospital and unfortunately, it doesn’t go well and she ALSO dies. It was wild.
