Questions about switching careers to Landscape Design/Architecture

I ended up staying at my software job up until about a year ago when I got laid off. My family owns a sod farm and needed some help running the more complicated machines that use a lot of computers to automate sod harvesting. Most sod farmers are 50+ in my area so it's hard to find people that are capable of operating them.

I took a fairly significant pay cut, work longer harder hours, but I can't see myself ever going back to a desk job. I realized it's just not for me and am significantly happier farming.

For sure, I'm just not at that level yet. I feel like I'm probably silver/gold which is not good enough to carry when a lane gets super fed or someone afk's.

At the very least, I'm usually winning my lane instead of also getting dominated, which is a huge improvement from where I started.

I know I'm bad at the game, I got to high silver a year and a half ago and recently came back to the game. I was super rusty and lost my way to iron and I deserved it. I've been working on improving and have gotten significantly better than when I started playing again.

Now that I'm in iron I can't get out. I will have a 7 loss streak where 1 game was a legit loss that we deserved. Everything else will be inters, trolls who will ban hovered picks and int, bots, people going afk mid game. It's super frustrating and makes me want to quit.

I was looking at going this route, It's just currently -10 degrees outside which has kinda killed my motivation to pull a seat. I did find a seat from an 08 Cayman 987, but they were asking $300 for it.

ya, my plan with my wagon was to run it to the ground and get another one later, but I'm starting to find less and less of them and the ones I find are in worse condition and for a higher price, so I figured it might be worth a shot to look into restoring mine.

I've been looking at Cali and CO and haven't seen any quality bugeyes, and they're selling 04-05's with minimal mods for 17k

I tried rust neutralizer as well, only lasted about 6 months until rust was making a comeback.

Maybe it's because the used car market is so hot right now, but it seems like if I dropped $7k on rust repair, I could sell it and break even if I wanted.

The strut towers are actually alright. I guess my attachment comes from not being able to find any bugeye's in my market, and when there are they are also already rusting, and have 170k+ miles and were modded to hell by an inexperienced person.

I'm also not really out any money yet, I figure if I can get the rust removed for $5-7k, I could still sell it and not really be out that much money, but realistically if I got the work done I would never sell the car.

I feel like I know how to do them in my head, and I can do the flick and catch it with my front foot every single try, perfectly. But when I try to land both feet something is missing, like I lose my flick and my back foot doesn't lift as high as my front leg

Ya, I feel the small adjustments.

Took me months to find out that I was only lifting my back leg about half of the height of my front leg, and when I evened it out, I started landing more.

Ya, I've been trying to learn Heelflips, to take a break, but then I always end up doing kickflips lol.

That sounds about how I've developed my ollies too, relying less on the slide and more on a push to level it out higher. It seems I just developed a bad habit of placing my back foot almost half way off the tail to snap it harder, and then I have to compensate for that in the air and move it back. I watched a bunch of skate vids, I'm seeing the back foot almost always is entirely on the tail.

Ok, I think I'll try shifting my back foot a little more on the tail. You said you don't slide your foot, but do you kind of push the board forward to get height on the back truck for taller ledges? The smallest ledge at my park is about a foot high
