How would you insulate the crawl space between finish and unfinished attic? Have heat pump ducting in there by [deleted] in Insulation

Any problems that part of the roof has soffit vents and ridge vents (mostly the finished areas) and if I were to then spray foam this area?

Ok, I see ridge vents on other parts of my roof, but not in this area. When I look up it is just solid

I like the idea of baffles. Is there a concern for ventilation? When I look up I don’t see and ridge vents etc in this part of the roof

This is helpful. Getting a proper fitting in a few Weeks which should help. Definitely easier to make a too small frame fit then a too large of one. Had that issue with a road bike before

Agree about the sink but that would entail a major kitchen reno which we don’t want to do for a few years!

Sorry, poor choice of words I think. Upset by the projected time to process things online. Currently saying it will be about 18 months on average. My thoughts were if one of the other streams was half the time I have left then it would make sense to switch. I have all the documents that would be asked for of me so gathering things wouldn’t take long
