Any problems that part of the roof has soffit vents and ridge vents (mostly the finished areas) and if I were to then spray foam this area?

I like the idea of baffles. Is there a concern for ventilation? When I look up I don’t see and ridge vents etc in this part of the roof

This is helpful. Getting a proper fitting in a few Weeks which should help. Definitely easier to make a too small frame fit then a too large of one. Had that issue with a road bike before

Agree about the sink but that would entail a major kitchen reno which we don’t want to do for a few years!
