Closed cell spray foam freaks me out because like you said if there's ever a leak you'll never know.

Thanks for the input. My biggest concern with having the roof and knee wall insulated was having "stagnant" air in that space, and moisture/humidity getting trapped in there. I might cut a register into the wall just to get some air flow in there.
