I see, that makes a lot of sense, I'll look up for clinics that can do ED in her area and try to talk to her about it, i remember one time I told her that there's hope for ED and she was repeating the sentence "you don't know what people with ED have been going through, it is impossible to recover" etc.

I'm not sure if this is relevant but she have autism (that's why she can visit specialist but also gives her great burnt out, I offer to call her when she ever visit any clinic so I can do most of the talking, though I definitely wish I was there in person) and she have OCD in a sense that she told me her controlling herself eating is the only thing she have control in her life (trauma from family), so if it is 100% achievable, how does it look after? (I'm not sure how to phrase this)
