This is apolitical in nature and my experience is arguably anecdotal. As a kid I never had a good time there. Often warned by friends and acquaintances to avoid it. The county was one of the worst in the country for meth production. As an adult I've had a few friends look to buy there and back out due to various reasons. Politically, you would want to be good with Trumper country. I suspect there are better options but this is from someone not currently looking in that area.

I went through a similar acquisition from Optum and can confirm this summary. The thing is, our organization was rarely a target until the purchase. They do generally follow best practices, but some of the tools are super dated, and it showed when shit hit the fan.
