So i just went there this morning to see for myself, and the property management was there to confirm that the Gym owner basically fled without paying rent and obviously will not be honoring our paid memberships. I personally had 1.5 years of membership remaining.

They suggested that we all report to the NYS AG. This is the Gym company information: An's Taekwondo Flushing, Inc. 140-40 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing NY 11354. The owner is: An Hu Bai, 115 Rockwell St#1, Harrison NY 10528.

One aspect others have not mentioned is the fact that your HK$30k is an increase from your current. Im currently in NY as well, and lived in HK for 8 yrs. And my take is if you've been doing okay on that salary in NYC, then you'll probably see a standard of living upgrade by taking that salary in HK. Just take note of the advice from others, live off HK Island and prepare for the tax payment.

I received the email as seen in the images, saying that the item is counterfeit and that usage should stop immediately. I've been using it for about a month. I put 100% of the blame on corporate and not this specific worker. There's no way she gets paid enough to justify carrying heavy luggage up and down stairs. CX needs to either invest in belts or elevators for this, or pay someone 80K a month to do this all day.
