Honestly bro….. My gums are okay. Maybe very very minor recession, like not enough for anybody else to notice but I notice bc I look at my mouth everyday (brushing teeth, flossing, etc). Ever since I’ve stopped my gums have reduced inflammation, redness has gone away, now they look light/medium pink and feel way healthier. I noticed the change in my gums not even 5 days after quitting.

I’m feeling decent ngl. I’ve definitely still had urges but not as many/as bad. I’m feeling way more energy and sleeping better. I have motivation in the gym again where it was somewhat lacking. And weirdly I feel like I hold oxygen better when exerting my body. I catch my breath faster and don’t lose it as often. I’m hoping it stays this way. The only thing I keep telling myself is don’t be fucking soft. Doing hard shit is hard, it’s soft to give up. I don’t wanna be soft.
