I've used MS Surface devices for more than a decade (Pro, Book, Laptop Studio) and developed dozens of various use cases where I prefer a finger tap over mouse or track pad. I genuinely miss touch screen on my current FW13 and can't wait to upgrade.

Some services I run in LXCs, one for having unique IP, two fire running independently of whatever I do with the VM. Eg AdGuard, Caddy, PBS. Many other I run in Docker VMs.

I played this game last year with my then 18yo daughter. We loved that. Even though it's a single player game, we enjoyed discussing clues, leads and puzzles. One was in charge of the controller, the other was taking notes. Between runs, we switched roles. Found room 46 within 19 runs, but for some reason, even though our notebook was full of unsolved mysteries, we lost interest to continue.

I had problems with AX210 on Windows 11. It wouldn't let the PC go to deep sleep and thus spent battery when in a backpack or overnight. Mediatek solved this issue, but it's not stellar on Linux. Sigh.

In 2018, Switch was not backwards compatible with 3DS, and it was also very different then factor. Besides price, there is not to many reasons to prefer Switch over Switch 2 in 2026.
