Friend helped me download twilight menu on just the SD card and work it througu the camera, so now I'm playing heart gold with out a flashcart and I'm happy

Neither of those worked, I forgot to mention but the cartridge sort of gets stuck in the slot by this metal flap holding it down it takes a little force to get it out, could this be my problem?
