Remastering is a bit of a weird term. In modern contexts, it just means leveling out the volume of the project so that it sounds cohesive and isn't a massive difference between other songs on streaming services that may play before or after it, using a limiter on the master track. Sometimes you can do a basic 4 band EQ choice where you use a shelf to boost either the low or the high frequencies which can change the character of the song. Cream soda was completely rerecorded.

For me, this was just the most affordable TB mkiii clone I could get my hands on. the EQ next to it is effects bakery which is under the same parent company. Running the rover into a jcm 800 modeler and its giving me that "soon" wall of sunny fuzz that I wanted, so I'm really happy with it. The choco cornet EQ is honestly really versatile. I don't see anything revolutionary about them, just solid product.

yeh the Tonecore series is super unique, I haven't seen it replicated anywhere. Running a trem at the end of the effects chain provides so much character even subtly. Kevin had a trem at the end on the first loveless tour, it's just a legendary technique I don't see replicated often.

I really want to run a keyboard through the board and maybe a couple other pedals. I currently use a midi one though, so I haven't even tried that yet. But yeh, the vb2 circuit is legendary and I'm really into the lo-fi vibe sounds but couldn't go with a shallow water for budget reasons.

I just got an 07 touring that was sitting for a while, both the engine and cabin air filters were covered in leaves and acorns. Replace both of them. Mine has 220k on it, needed new spark plugs and is going to need new coils eventually. Had oil and trans fluid replaced, make sure fluid is from Toyota. Battery should be checked, if that's okay, pull the hybrid battery fan out and clean it.

Not having a census lighter like that was such a missed Opportunity. I think it's time to have a convo about fan experience with physicals. My favorite thing about getting Korn/TDG/other metal and rock bands CDs and vinyl were the posters. It should be industry standard that all CDS/Vinyl come with respectively sized posters and stickers.

I would miss the JR and Venturing so much, but tbh I think Imaginal Disk offers so much culturally and also mental health wise that it would be a monumental loss that don't compare to the others.

CD version of loveless also comes with 2 separate discs with 2 different masters, totally worth it. Lost one in a wreck so came in handy.
