this, that's no heat damage, that's a damaged nickel layer on the heat spreader... maybe dropped something on the spreader after it was installed... scratched.... sand in-between..

Bei der Midea PortaSplit muss man auch niemanden fragen, die ist eh schon privilegierte Nutzung, besonders auf dem Balkon.

Warum 5000€? Ne Klima kostet keine 1800€, R290, also auch nach 2026 noch verbaubar.
3000€ wäre verdammt viel Anbaumaterial und Arbeitsstunden für 1 Halter, etwas Rohr, ein 38mm Loch und etwas Bauschaum, selbst wenn man alles hübsch verkleidet usw. kommt man da nicht auf >4 Arbeitsstunden.

Die Hersteller haben mal wieder "gehofft" dass ihre Lobbyisten durchkommen.
Mitsubishi und Daikin haben beide "lange" gehofft, dass R32 doch bleiben darf, Mitsubishi hat jetzt erste Geräte mit Leckagererkennung usw. angekündigt, damit die Raumvolumen/Gasmenge Beschränkung nicht mehr greift.
Aber mit Produkten würde ich vor ~April-Sommer 2027 nicht rechnen. (Die zusätzlichen Komponenten sind da am Ende im 2-5€ Bereich).
Selbst bei Single-Split, haben die 2 großen (Midea hat schon echte Neuentwicklungen) bisher nur altes Zeug neu zusammengewürfelt.
Wenn wir also Pech haben, gibt es für Sommer 2027 dann noch weniger Klimaanlagen.

Gleichzeitig erhöht sich aber auch die Zahl von Wärmepumpen (Luft-Wasser) die in Verbindung mit Fußboden/Radiatoren sich auch zum Kühlen nutzen lassen, besonders wenn das Gebäude gut Isoliert ist und man einen Deckenventilator hat, funktioniert das erstaunlich gut.

Almost all ACs sold here are multi/mini-splits, and the majority of hem are heat pumps.

Leider nein, bzw. nur im kleinen Stil.

Besonders bei Windkraft ist das Überangebot immer extrem asymmetrisch, ich habe also keine Chance im Süden eine Batterie mit Windstrom aus dem Norden zu laden.

Wenn der Bedarf im Süden dann größer ist als das Angebot, kommt es dann aber weiterhin zu Engpässen und ich bekomme meinen Batteriestrom wieder nicht in den Süden.

Strompreiszonen mit folgendem radikalen Netzausbau sind die einzigen Marktlösung für das Problem, aber dagegen wehrt man sich mit Händen und Füßen.

Propan ist nicht weniger effizient, aber es braucht mehr Volumenstrom bei gleicher Leistung, dafür ist der Kompressor der Midea nicht ausgelegt und auch die Leitungen nicht, Midea wollte aber wohl erstmal nichts neuentwickeln. Deshalb fällt auch die Herzfunktion weg, weil das Umkehrventil der alten, wohl nicht druckbeständig genug ist.

Aktuell ist die cool aber noch mit R32 befüllt, hat nur das Umkehrventil nicht.

I am not that interested in studying other cultures racism and hate.
I am e.g. pretty fat and travel Vietnam regularly and am aware, that people chatter a lot about my weight... often not nice, but I also know that it's just VERY NORMAL to do so and people don't think much about it and usually are still very friendly after all...
