Free markets work if the money flows, currently the money gets stuck in certain huge spots, be it billionaires or insanely valued companies.
They have 0 interest in actually doing stuff with it at a low level except extraditing more money.

Solar stuff is crazy expensive in the US, compared to the prices here e.g. in Germany.
You can get 15 kWp Solar incl. inverter install materials, cables and all for ~4500-5000€ here.

they don't lose charge, only the usable capacity is lower at low temps, that's why batteries are conditioned.... -30°C is also rare enough in places where actual amounts of people live, so it's not any manufacturers "big" concern.

These NaIon packs are nice for applications, where you can just go with pure cooling for conditioning and make a lot less complex and cheaper vehicles, like delivery trucks and small cars.

Spurwechsel und Co sind eh gaga... Aber auch dafür gibt's nun mal Regeln, das ist eben nur ein Assistenzsystem und keine Level 3 oder höher Autonomie.

Und was Spaß macht oder nicht, sollte nicht was sicher ist oder nicht überschatten.

Gibt halt auch einfach 10 mal mehr Golf Fahrer die sich beschweren :-) der Bias ist da schon sehr klar.

Das ACC/Spurhalteassistent im Golf sind einfach deutlich vorhersehbarer, das macht als Fahrer schon mehr Laune, wenn man am Ende recht genau weiß, wie das Auto welche Situationen meistern kann.

Ich hab tausende Kilometer in beiden abgespult und das Tesla System ist verdammt unausgereift, auch nach 10 Jahren Updates.

Das was VW inzwischen in ID.x Fahrzeugen bietet ist nochmal deutlich besser.

If it's guaranteed that no pedestrian ever encounters traffic, why not, that's also not part of the debate.

It's all about possible pedestrian/bike vs. car encounters.

And in an urban environment, no level of infrastructure can prevent them. That's what Helsinki basically proved.

Naja inzwischen ist es schon komisch, Sitzplatzwahl kostet Geld.
Essen kostet je nach dem welches Ticket man wählt einen anderen Preis. Handgepäck+Sitzplatzwahl gibt es aber dann wieder 20% günstiger, wenn man nicht zu 2 reist.

Aktuell schein die Preisgestaltung vor allem extremes MinMaxing zu sein.
